Phase III of the British Union Conference Office HQ rebuild, February - March 2010.

With staff back in the main building (phase I & II) the builders attention is now focused on the final phase of the building programme following the devastating fire in November 2008 that destroyed 75% of the building. This final building phase will continue during 2010 with a hoped for completion by the autumn. Visit here frequently for updated photos of the progress. . Photos from white painted girders on: 15 March. Fire proofing the structure with fire resistant white coating, adding roof supports and curved girders. The last 19 pictures (from 22 March - 6 April) show the blockwork and base flooring going in for the ground floor along with the base of the lift shaft, along with the construction of the scaffolding.
