Phase III of the British Union Conference Office HQ rebuild completed, November 2010.

Staff moved into the new wing of the BUC Office exactly two years after the devastating fire of 16 November 2010. Furniture was delivered for the board rooms and offices and the Presidential, Secretariat, and Treasury departments along with reception moved in starting 15 November allowing ADRA-UK to move from the lodge into the main building, and for more office space for the rest of the staff. The book shop will also move to the new wing in due course.

The pictures below show the furniture as delivered on Thursday, 11 November, the resurfacing of the car park (a serious need after all the building work), and the first use of the board room for a department directors meeting on Thursday, 25 November. With the treasury department having moved out of the attic area, social space was also available for a simple staff 'thank you' lunch on the same day.

24 January 2011: Landscaping work is continuing outside, lines have been painted in a very neat looking car park, AV equipment is now being installed in the board room while, as with all such projects there are still some residual works to be completed inside.
